Revised Study on Energy Efficiency Directive

After a review of the file, today we have published a slightly revised version of our study scrutinising the Impact Assessment for the Energy Efficiency Directive.
In particular we reviewed some of the discussion related to modelling of GDP and employment. The main findings of the study however remain unchanged.
