Letter from Cabinet of Commission Vice President Timmermans on transparency of Impact Assessment

In response the Institute's letter of 15th February, today we received a letter from the Cabinet of European Commission Vice President Timmermans. The letter addresses issues raised by the Institute after scrutinising the European Commission Impact Assessment underlying the 2014 Communication on Climate & Energy and Energy Efficiency.
