Studies

The concrete output of the Impact Assessment Institute are its studies scrutinising legislative proposals, communications, impact assessments and other relevant documentation. These are recorded on the Active studies page, for those studies currently under development. Studies in planning and those already competed are recorded on their respective pages.

This information is provided transparently for all studies, in order to enable all stakeholders to provide their input at any time in the process. Additionally, a formal peer review process is programmed into each draft study, requesting commentary from all interested stakeholders. This process is implemented in order to benefit from the expertise available in the stakeholder community. The peer review is strictly limited to input of a scientific or factual nature, reflecting the content of the Institute's work.
